RAPHAEL
Raphaël Bascoul Pathé …founded CICERO Partners with the idea that everyone can be impactful and gain charisma if they know how to use the right tools.
After 15 years working in theater, cinema and television, this passionate Franco-British now puts his dual skills as an actor – director and trainer-coach and consultant to the service of businesses.
Working with Raphaël means for a manager to want to work on awareness of his strengths, greater self-confidence, greater efficiency in his expression by working on his art of synthesis and his adaptability to the audience.
In individual coaching Raphaël works with high profiles (CEOs, IT directors, sales directors) and the fields of intervention are banking, energy, industry, luxury and even the agri-food industry.
In terms of training, he wore out his jeans at university where he obtained a master's degree in history, before opening up to the complexity of the world at Sciences Po Paris. Finally, it was out of passion that he completed his training at the Cours Florent in Dramatic Art.

Caroline Bal is Project Manager at CICERO Partners. Actress, author, trainer and coach.
Master's degree in business law and dual degree in English law. After having been a columnist on several television channels, Caroline returned to her first passion, theater.
Trained in acting techniques, she regularly plays in the theater under the direction of Anne Bourgeois, Anne Roumanoff and Dominique Deschamps. She also works for television and cinema with directors such as Cédric Klapish, Jean Marc Vallée and Olivier Marchal. Caterina Galvano is a jewelry designer and goldsmith, management trainer and CELTA certified teacher. She studied art history at the Cattolica University of Milan and became a goldsmith at the Milan Goldsmith School.

After working in equity research for CitiGroup, she decided to take the risk of making a living from her passion: theater.
